Discounted or clearance items cannot be returned or exchanged.
For full priced purchases:
In the event that you would like to exchange your hat, please email: email@example.com. Inquiries must be requested within 15 days of receiving your items. Any inquiries sent after this timeframe will not be accepted.
We are happy to provide a refund of the purchase price for items returned that are brand new, unused, with tags attached within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in new condition in order to be eligible for a refund. Refunds will be applied to the original payment method. Discounted items, items purchased in person, and gift cards are not eligible for a refund or exchange.
Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org prior to purchase for any questions regarding fit or styling. Our hats run on the smaller side, and we always recommend sizing up.

Return Process Guidelines:
- Inquiries must be sent to email@example.com within 15 days of receiving your items. Any inquiries sent after this timeframe will not be accepted.
- Credit will not be issued for hats that do not have original tags attached, with make-up on the sweatband or with notable wear.
- Once we receive your hat, we will inspect and notify you if your store credit or refund has been approved or denied.
- Wander Hat Co. will issue store credit or refund. Credit is valid for 60 days after the issue date.
