In the event that you would like to exchange your hat, we can offer store credit. We do not offer refunds.
Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org prior to purchase for any questions regarding fit or styling. Our hats run on the smaller side, and we always recommend sizing up.
Follow the guidelines below if you would like to start the return process.
Return Process Guidelines:
- Inquiries must be sent to email@example.com within 15 days of receiving your items. Any inquiries sent after this timeframe will not be accepted.
- Credit will not be issued for hats that do not have original tags attached, with make-up on the sweatband or with notable wear.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping charges unless your hat is deemed faulty or damaged.
- Given the value of Wander hats, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or insuring your item.
- Once we receive your hat, we will inspect and notify you if your store credit has been approved or denied.
- Wander Hat Co. will issue store credit less the cost of shipping. Credit is valid for 60 days after the issue date.
All Wander Hat Co. items are inspected prior to being sent out to ensure our high-quality standards are met. In the unlikely case of a faulty or damaged item, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
